Silky texture, smooth finish; raised on 1,700 ha of greasing land; cattle population is 6 times that of humans in that area. Naitai = Ainu language meaning a valley where water accumulates and grass grows; Lots of marbling, not does not taste greasy. Cool temperature, stress-free living.
